25 Songs of Christmas - Day 13: I think this is such a poignant song. It paints Jesus in the light of the true revolutionary rebel that He is. It also reminds us that not only did He care for the poor and hungry, but he was against the systems that created poverty and starvation. And lastly, the song is not in judgement, as it is about the singer also acknowledging his failures. It is such a well written and compelling song!
