25 Songs of Christmas - Day 8: Sorry, I woke up late this morning, rushed to work, worked all day, got off, and had to attend a concert for my other job, so I am now just getting home. It is ironic that I woke up late today because the song of the day is “You Gotta Get Up (Christmas Song)” by Rich Mullins. I am so happy that he was able to record at least one Christmas song before his untimely death in 1997. This song is a peak into what an awesome Christmas album he could have made, but I am thankful to have this song. It is truly one of my favorites.
